Your catalogue helps MiMed identify requests that are relevant to your team. It does not require an always-current count of every item.
Receive a specific request
The request includes the product and quantity, and is matched to a search area. Notifications can reach providers through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Reply based on what is available
Confirm whether you can meet the request. An unavailable reply is useful too: it gives the requester clarity.
Let the requester take the next step
Your answer is relayed back. A requester can then contact your team about the details. This keeps the provider in control of the confirmation.
