FROM A NEED TO A CONFIRMED REPLY
Availability is checked when you make a request. Here’s how the connection happens.
Specify the medication name, strength, form, and quantity shown on your prescription or packaging.
Choose your search area: a neighborhood, city, or country.
We use provider catalogues and your search area to identify pharmacies that may meet the request.

BUILT AROUND HOW PEOPLE REALLY WORK
A medication in a pharmacy’s catalogue is a starting point. A reply to your specific request is what helps you decide who to contact. MiMed makes that connection clearer.
Built for communities where online stock lists aren’t always kept up to date. Providers confirm when asked, without having to maintain a live inventory.
FOR PHARMACIES
List the medications your pharmacy can provide. When a matching request arrives, confirm availability and quantity through a channel you already use.
No continuously updated online inventory required.
A request near Gombe: a medication from your catalogue, 2 boxes. Can your pharmacy meet this request?
GOOD TO KNOW
No. MiMed uses catalogues to find relevant pharmacies, then asks them to confirm availability for your request. A catalogue listing by itself is not proof of current stock.
Matching providers receive a request through WhatsApp, SMS, or email. They confirm whether they can supply the requested item and quantity, and their answer is relayed to you.
It means the provider has not answered. It does not mean the item is available or unavailable. Reply times depend on the provider; an immediate response is not guaranteed.
Your location defines the search area. The model supports looking in a neighborhood, across a city, or countrywide, so requests can reach relevant providers in the area you choose.
MiMed connects you with pharmacies. A provider confirmation does not reserve medication. Confirm availability, prescription requirements, and purchase or collection arrangements directly with the pharmacy.
Start with the first step on the homepage, then complete location and contact details on the request page. This interactive redesign does not send real requests. The final review links to the current service.
